Privacy & data handling overview

Reflo Health provides occupational mental-health assessments for organisations managing work, rehabilitation and employee health. This overview explains how personal and health information is handled in connection with those assessments and with enquiries made through this website.

Reflo Health handles health information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable Australian privacy and health-records requirements.

• Referral information provided by the referring organisation
• Job and role information relevant to the occupational question
• Clinical and treatment information relevant to the referral question
• Information provided by the individual during structured pre-assessment and assessment
• Contact details submitted through website enquiry forms

Information is used to conduct the assessment requested, prepare the assessment report and respond to enquiries. Reports are provided to the referring organisation for the occupational purpose stated in the referral.

Individuals are informed of the purpose, scope and intended recipient of an assessment before it proceeds.

Assessment information is not disclosed beyond the referring organisation except where consent has been provided or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.

Information is stored using business-grade infrastructure providers that apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised accounts protected by authentication controls.

Health information is retained for the period required by applicable Australian health-records requirements, and is then securely destroyed or de-identified.

Details submitted through the contact form are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list. Please do not submit sensitive clinical documentation through the website form.

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information Reflo Health holds about you. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

Reflo Health provides occupational assessment services rather than ongoing treatment, and does not provide emergency or crisis mental-health care.
